The Ministry Resource Center serves all those in the Archdiocese of Santa Fe by making print, audio and visual resources available and by providing information regarding Catholic Faith and Ministry.

    • Keeps an updated catalog of available resources: books, DVD's and videos
    • Collaborates with other Pastoral Ministries Offices in choosing and acquiring additional resources
    • Promotes and facilitates the use of the Resource Center by parish lay ministers, teachers, clergy and other interested persons
    • Provides consultation for the use of print, audio and visual resources
    • Provides consultation on matters of faith or questions regarding the Pastoral Ministries of the Archdiocese of Santa Fe

Policies for Use of Resources

  • Any Catholic parishioner of the Archdiocese of Santa Fe May borrow the resources housed at the MRC.
  • Materials can be mailed to parishes/missions or schools outside of Albuquerque. The MRC will pay outgoing postage for materials we mail out of town.
  • Books may be borrowed for four weeks (or longer by arrangement). DVD's and videotapes may be borrowed for two weeks (or longer by arrangement). It may be helpful to call or write ahead and reserve materials that are needed for programs on particular dates.
  • DVD's and videotapes may be previewed at the MRC. MRC staff can make recommendations of materials for certain programs, and for other informational needs.
  • Care and consideration of materials, and returning them on time are of greatest importance to insure that materials are available to everyone served by the Center. Users are responsible for paying for items that are lost or damaged.
  • The MRC Catalog is available online and includes a listing of all books, DVD's and videotapes. The MRC staff has automated the materials into a barcode checkout system.
  • The MInistry Resource Catalog Ministry Resource Catalog is an online resource that you can search by title, author, subject, or keyword.  After finding and picking materials, just email us to request these materials be held for you to pick up at the Ministry Resource Center, if you live in Albuquerque, or to be mailed to you if you live elsewhere in the Archdiocese.
